Smoking Alcohol

How to "Smoke Alcohol"-- I realize it is not actually "smoking" anything, and yes, it does deliver alcohol to the bloodstream as we have tested with a breathalyzer. It was thrown together as a joke and is not the most efficient means of alcohol consumption. Nonetheless, I have had to remove comments as the hateful and ignorant hijacked them.
